Shipping & Returns Policy – True Skin Oasis

At True Skin Oasis, all orders are prepared and dispensed with professional care. Please review the policy below

for details regarding order processing, shipping methods, delivery expectations, and returns.

Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Standard shipping orders are processed within

1–3 business days following account approval and payment confirmation. USPS Priority Mail Express orders

placed by 4:00 PM (EST) are processed and shipped the same business day. Express orders placed after 4:00

PM, on weekends, or on holidays will be processed the next business day. Shipping speed does not affect

processing time unless Priority Mail Express is selected.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping rates are automatically calculated at

checkout based on destination and package weight.

Estimated Delivery Time

USPS Priority Mail: approximately 2–4 business days. USPS Priority Mail Express: approximately 1–2 business

days. Delivery estimates begin once your order has shipped and may be impacted by weather conditions, service

interruptions, or peak shipping periods.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24

hours for tracking details to populate after the shipping label is created.

Address Responsibility

Clients are responsible for ensuring shipping information is accurate at checkout. True Skin Oasis is not

responsible for delays, loss, or returns resulting from incorrect or incomplete address details. Orders returned due

to address issues may require additional shipping fees to be resent.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

Once a package has been transferred to USPS, responsibility for delivery rests with the carrier. If tracking shows

a package as delivered but it has not been received, clients must contact USPS directly. True Skin Oasis is not

responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered.

Final Sale PolicyAll products are final sale once shipped. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on products that have been

opened, used, or shipped. Many products contain active, professional-grade ingredients and are dispensed

based on a completed intake form.

Incorrect Orders

Clients are responsible for reviewing their order carefully prior to checkout. True Skin Oasis is not responsible for

incorrect product selections made by the client.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide your order

number, clear photos of the damaged item(s), and photos of the original packaging. Each claim is reviewed

individually and replacements may be issued at our discretion.

Shipping & Handling Fees

Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Replacement shipments, if approved, may require additional shipping

charges.
